Low Carb?? Veggis and raw foods??? Low fat??? What plan is the best for quick weight loss?
I am in sort of a dilemma. I need to lose a significant amount of weight by June. I am a vegetarian and I have recently started to look into the raw food diet. Questioning whether or not it is a good diet is not the issue here, I know it is a good diet! I just want to know how significant the weight loss and how fast the weight comes off after starting this diet to help me decide if it is right for me. I also wanted to know what type of skin improvements were noticed. I have natural dark circles under my eyes, though I am only 22, and I was wondering if the diet would help with that at all.

I have been a meat eater/eggs/dairy and no exercise at all with lots of sugar. i need to do this for my health as well as weight loss. im also doing 1 hr exercise a day (jogging/walking)

I’m thinking about going on a raw food diet. I hate cooking and always feel sick after meals. I have been vegan for about 3 years, and for the past few months I have been keeping my distance from wheat. Sugar is my downfall.
I’m overweight, and I want to lose about 15 – 20kg. I understand that many people do experience weight loss on a raw food diet. Is this just an immediate or a more permanent result? I’m 19 years old, about 170cm (5’7) and weight about 80kg. My goal weight is around 60kg. Would this be achievable on a raw food diet? I do basic exercise (walk every day and everywhere – go to the gym sometimes) but i’m not one of those really motivated exercise people.
Will I continue to lose weight if I stick to this diet or will my weight loss stop after a month and the body gets used to it?
Also, are lentils able to be eaten on this diet? Like maybe through soaking or something?
I’m probably going to do this change over a period of two weeks. In the first week I will get rid of cooked food and most processed food and the second week caffeine and sugar (I am hopelessly addicted to energy drinks). Does this sound like a reasonable plan?
