last summer i lost 20lbs just by changing the way i ate! i didnt exercise or take pills..just watched what i ate-how many carbs i took in and drank water instead of cokes!
try 1 hour exercise every other day, and make sure your calorie intake is less than you use. Eat fruit and veg, cut out chocolate, crisps, cakes and most of all – alcohol! Alcohol is pure liquid calories.
I try and tell myself negative things about the food I am about to eat, say if I really fancy some chocolate, I say ‘cellulite city’ or ‘blubberthighs’ to give myself a mental image of what I might turn out like if I continue eating crap. Sometimes it works, othertimes I eat it anyway.
Good luck. Is hard trying to loose weight. I am trying to at the moment and struggling.
1. Cut out the junk.
Seriously, I mean all of it.
No soda either.
2. Water is your new favorite drink.
Enjoy.
If you dont like the taste of water, try Crystal Light.
It tastes like Kool-Aid, but it’s very low in sugar and calories.
3. Increase your fruit and veggies intake.
4. Eat 5-6 smaller meals, instead of big meals.
5. Increase physical activity.
6. Find support.
Find people who will help you keep on track, or maybe diet with you?
7. Dont be looking for short term results.
Keep the longterm picture in your head.
Overall you have to be eating right, and burning calories.
Follow my 7 tips, and you WILL drop pounds, in a healthy way.
The key is not to diet, diet’s are a temporary fix that are un-done once you come off of it. You really need to change your life style to reflect that of a healthier one. by exercising and eating loads of fruit eating what is good for you and trying to eat things that mainly have a good nutritional value is the key!
i lost 40 kilos by exersizing and keeping my calories down to 1500 per day. i only eat fresh food, no junk and no ready meals. curb your bread and sugar intake and eat you 5 a day, but double it. remember; it is a lifestyle change otherwise you’ll end up gaining all the weight again. drink 3 litres of water per day, not only is it good for you, but it also makes you feel less hungry.
Exercise, do some walking each day and walk further every other day. Drink plenty of water.
Have a look here at my blog some good info. http://waterloseweighteasily.blogspot.com/
